Wonderful overall experience! Meagan made the whole process easy, smooth, and worry-free. When the ring came in and I wanted to change a certain feature, she proceeded with a happy heart and made me feel like it was not a hassle at all. I was honestly worried to even ask for a change based on my prior experiences with other companies, but she assured me that it was no problem at all and that she wanted me to absolutely love everything about the ring. We love Diamonds Direct. Specifically Gerald Matherly. He helped my husband with designing my engagement ring and did a phenomenal job. Today we came back to get some overdue weddings bands and he helped me and my husband find the perfect rings. He is so kind and so helpful all while making the experience fun and relaxed. 10/10 experience and will definitely be back for future jewelry needs.

I worked with Salim for engagement rings and wedding bands. He was great. Good with people and good sense of humor. I as well as worked with Brittany for the wedding gift I got my wife. She was super helpful. Went above and beyond and talked to my MIL in secret to help me pick out the pearl necklace I picked out. Two great people to work with and look forward to working with them down the road!

I had an incredible experience with Lisa Franklin at Diamonds Direct! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and just such a pleasure! We purchased 2 diamond bands and she made the process seamless from start to finish. She took her time to explain and show different options without pressure. Absolutely thrilled with both the customer service here and the quality of our jewelry! Sasha is such an amazing sales associate. She is so knowledgeable, personable, and you can really tell she loves what she does. I am so grateful to be her client!! A huge bonus is that their store is dog friendly, my boy Rocky loved visiting yesterday while Sasha took my rings (including my university ring that didn’t come from them!) to be cleaned. I also dropped off my chain to be fixed too & they were very efficient getting it back to me in perfect condition!
